The main duty of an Operations Supervisor is to oversee and coordinate the activities of a team or department to ensure efficient and effective operations. This includes managing staff, optimizing workflows, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any 4 year course
• With at least 1 year of work experience in the same field
• With working experience in logistics/warehousing.
• With experience in handling team
• Knowledgeable on Client / Customer Care Management
• Keen to details and Organized
• Willing on field works if needed
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
