Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Associate Manager – Proposal Writing to lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality proposals and managing the end-to-end RFP/RFI process. The ideal candidate has strong proposal writing, leadership, and project management experience, preferably in the Banking or Financial Services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Proposal Writing team.
• Oversee the end-to-end preparation and submission of RFPs and RFIs.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Client Delivery, and subject matter experts to gather proposal content.
• Review proposals to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and handle first-level escalations.
• Manage team workload, schedules, and performance.
• Prepare proposals in multiple formats, including documents, questionnaires, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 8 years of proposal writing experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of people management experience.
• Banking or Financial Services experience is preferred.
• Candidates with end-to-end RFP management experience from other industries are welcome to apply.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Must be amenable to a hybrid work setup (once-a-week onsite after regularization), permanent night shift, and working during Philippine holidays.
