Description
- Oversee daily club operations ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate events and entertainment schedules to maximize engagement.
- Implement and maintain health and safety standards.
- Analyze performance metrics to drive improvements in service delivery.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in bar or club operations with a focus on management.
- Skills and Competencies: Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills; strong technical and leadership abilities; effective supervisory skills; extensive knowledge in cocktail mixing and liquor policy.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure compliance with liquor policies, and maintain high standards in service quality.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced bar/club environment, often involving late hours and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
