Salary:

95,000 - 120,000 Package

Requirement

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Operations or Delivery Manager, ideally within a U.S. healthcare account
  • Proven track record of managing large teams and overseeing daily operations to ensure service efficiency and compliance
  • Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices
  • Skilled in developing and optimizing workflows, policies, and procedures to enhance service quality and client satisfaction
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve performance targets and address operational challenges effectively
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement
