Description
- Managing quality standards.
- Implementing the right processes and practices across the organization.
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
- Find ways to increase the quality of customer service.
- Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
- Manage budget and forecast.
Requirements
- Graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Marketing or related courses.
- Strong background in Sales and Marketing and Customer Service.
- Leadership and Management Skills
- Detail-oriented and multi-tasking capabilities.
- Business-level communication skills (oral and written)
- Familiarity with business and financial principles.
- Proven work experience as an Operations Manager or similar role.
