Description

  • Lead daily operations to ensure seamless business workflow within Prime Meridian HR Consultancy Inc.
  • Supervise a diverse team, driving performance in consultancy and management service deliverables.
  • Implement operational best practices to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and budget control.
  • Overall responsibility for achieving operational KPIs and targets.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a relevant field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in operations management or a supervisory role.
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in technical skills, with experience in Sage Intacct preferred.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, capable of directing and supervising team activities.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to oversee and improve operations processes effectively.
  • Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Manage daily operations and make improvements to systems and processes.
  • Supervise staff, set objectives, and ensure the operational effectiveness of teams.
  • Develop strategies to increase productivity and performance within the business.
  • Implement project management tools to track progress and deliverables.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based role with the possibility of occasional travel; requires flexibility in working hours to meet project deadlines.
