- Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding,
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable with data management.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Cargo Management: Assist in handling the arrival, movement, and delivery of cargo by air, sea, and land.
- Documentation: Prepare, check, and file shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and delivery receipts.
- System Tracking: Monitor cargo status and update the company’s internal system to ensure real-time shipment visibility.
- Field Operations: Monitor vessel discharging, barge operations, and container stripping/stuffing.
- Issue Resolution: Support logistics staff by addressing delays, cargo discrepancies, or damages immediately.
