Job Description
- Business & Sales Strategy: Set revenue goals, analyze local market trends, and create plans to grow the business in your assigned area.
- Operations Management: Ensure all branches follow company policies, maintain quality standards, and comply with safety and legal regulations.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and coach branch or store managers. You will also handle performance reviews and build a strong team culture.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the area budget. This involves monitoring profit and loss (\(P\&L\)), reviewing sales reports, and finding ways to reduce costs.
- Customer & Stakeholder Relations: Address client feedback, resolve escalated issues, and build relationships with local partners.
