Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations planning, operational risk management, business planning, or a related function within a financial institution
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Support and promote the effective implementation of the branch's operational risk management framework, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate, monitor, and facilitate operations planning initiatives, including process improvements, business continuity measures, and operational efficiency programs.

Prepare and maintain operations planning reports, management information, and other related documentation required by management and regulatory bodies.
