- Assist in daily operations and coordination among branches
- Support inventory management and ensure timely processing.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain records and prepare reports for management review.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries promptly.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational strategy development.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Adhere to company policies and safety standards.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in an operational role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent communication abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in daily operations, maintain records, and support team projects.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment with occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team.
