IMPORT

1. Process Import documents to PEZA and BOC, attend to the actual examination, inspection and the removal/deactivation of GPS, KWE Bats processor will perform the following

• accompany deliveries at TRP premise
• report to guard on duty arrival of containers and provide parking locations of trucks
• Processor to hand over the container inspection checklist to TRP personnel for checking and signature

2. Assist and provide instructions to truck crews

• where the containers shall stay to wait for the local documents if containers are for transfer
• where the containers shall be positioned for bobtail
• to turn over the processed local docs to truck personnel

3. accomplished TRP Import monitoring form

EXPORT

1. Actual checking of container details, container number and shipping seal upon arrival of truck at TRP site

2. Attend to any concerns/issues about the condition of delivered empty container

3. Monitors location of containers (ILOG & actual on site client & PEZA/BOC office) and provide update to clients

4. Oversee loading and unloading process

• processor to assist truck crew during container bobtail and pull out as per request of TRP.

5. Any encountered problem, irregularity must be immediately and directly reported to KWE Batangas office department head

6. Coordinate with TRP about the container loading, positioning and pull out instructions

SUPERVISING

1. ensure that truck adheres to TRP Rules and regulations
2. provide short toolbox meeting about Safety procedure before the start of activity.
3. provide instructions and ensure implementation of the following company regulations
4. No smoking at TRP premises
5. Use of pedestrian lane
6. 10km per hour speed limit
7. Traffic signages inside TRP
8. Use of waiting area

OTHERS

1. support to clients' project to do the following:

• generate AEDS
• dispatch rider just in case there will be a need to deliver urgent documents to PTC
• pick-up & delivery documents

2. support processor to Sta Rosa area clients

• TLI (TMP) - support to AIR Import transactions & Export ED lodgement
• LTI area DJK servicing import Denso Ten, Tsukiden and KLPI export
• Toyota Aisin, AIR Import PEZA and Consumption

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Santa Rosa, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:
