Description

  • Responsible for initial screening of incoming job and identification of scope
  • Determine the estimate required number of manpower, material cost and number of man-days (total work duration) per Job to be done including required externally provided services.
  • Provide a shift schedule to Operations Manager to identify when each task will be performed by Operations.
  • Interact with Purchasing identify and make sure the availability of materials/components and equipment needed for the job to be done.
  • Develop the daily, weekly and/or monthly operation schedule to ensure that operation schedule deadlines/target date of delivery are being met including the priority for rush jobs.
  • Coordinate and communicate the Job Order planning to Operations for Project implementation.
  • Update Operations Manager with Logistics regarding the pick-up and delivery of customer equipment.
  • Monitor labor and material cost per shop and field service jobs as per percentage of completion.
  • Track and report on Project milestone to provide visibility and status of all jobs, history of revision and traceability of any changes of Job Planning Report this includes but not limited to;
  • Preparation, updating, and monitoring of Job Planning Report.
  • Ensure to meet the Customer Delivery schedule on-time (On-time delivery schedule).
  • Regular communication of work planning and/or any changes in the schedule with the Operations Manager.
  • Maintain and retain the database with all Customer Job Orders from incoming to delivery and analyze and prepare reports on the trends.
  • Ensure Job orders are closed when work is finished.
  • Determine how results will be measured and complete a post-project evaluation to determine how well result were achieved.
  • Develop and Implement key metrics to measure and report the Delivery performance.
  • Responsible for Customer Status Reports with customer that has multiple units in the shop
  • May need to participate on creation of Initial Reports and Final Report.

Requirements

  • At least college grad, related to electrical or operations management
  • With good coordination with the client
