About the role

We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help grow the business, build partnerships, and find new opportunities in the solar industry.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with corporate clients, developers, contractors, dealers, and financing partners
• Research market trends and identify new markets, products, and revenue opportunities
• Expand distribution channels by recruiting and managing dealers and resellers
• Generate and manage commercial, institutional, and government accounts
• Support major project negotiations and key account development
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify business opportunities
• Prepare business development reports and recommend strategies for continuous growth

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
• At least 5-8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Strategic Partnerships
• Licensed Electrical Engineer (Highly Preferred)
• Experience in the renewable energy, construction, distribution, or B2B industry is an advantage
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Proven track record in developing new markets, strategic partnerships, or corporate accounts
• Knowledge of strategic planning, market research, financial analysis, CRM systems, and proposal development
• Results-driven with strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
