We are looking for a proactive and safety-driven Jetty Operations Assistant to oversee the day-to-day operations of the jetty, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant terminal and throughput activities. This role is responsible for supporting jetty operations, maintaining HSSE compliance, coordinating with government agencies and stakeholders, and ensuring smooth operational performance across the facility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Maritime Studies, Logistics, Marine Transportation, or a related field
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in jetty operations, terminal operations, port management, marine logistics, or oil & gas terminal operations
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) regulations, DENR requirements, HSSE standards, and maritime safety regulations
• Experience coordinating with government agencies such as PPA, DENR, PEZA, and LGUs is an advantage
• Experience in oil & gas terminals, petroleum storage, marine terminals, ports, or other terminal operations is highly preferred
• Knowledge of Foreshore Lease Agreements (FLA), Permit to Operate (PTO), and port regulatory compliance is a plus
• Certifications such as Pollution Control Officer (PCO), Safety Officer, HSSE, or terminal operations are an advantage
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skill.
