Description
- Consolidation of reports of all divisions: Fleet and Facility, Project Management, QA/QC, and Production.
- Prepare and submit reports to management and other relevant departments (HR and Accounting) as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule pouring activities, ensuring alignment with operational capabilities. Communicate any changes updates regarding schedules promptly
- Ensure all paperwork is up-to-date, accurate, and comply with company policies.
- Overseeing daily operations. Ensure smooth processes including monitoring of pouring and other plant procedures.
- Handling and monitoring revolving funds of the operation department.
- Coordinate with HR regarding the call times and schedules for the operation department.
- Coordinate with Project Management Division Head and QA/QC Division Head in assigning coordinators and samplers required on-site operations.
- Address any operational issues that arise and facilitate resolutions. Ensuring smooth communication and collaboration
Requirements
- Attain a Bachelor's Degree
- Has at least 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Experienced working in a Batching Plant or Manufacturing company is a plus
- Proficient in Google Drive and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
