Shift Engineer - 1yr exp in Manufacturing - Sal: 22k-25k - San Juan City

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or any related engineering course.

At least 1-2 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or process engineering is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds may also be considered.

Knowledge of production planning, process improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and productivity analysis.

• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and Occupational Safety standards is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operational Functions

Monitor daily production operations to ensure the achievement of production schedules, output targets, and operational efficiency.

Analyze production processes and recommend improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.

Monitor machine utilization, downtime, and production performance, and recommend corrective actions.

Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Maintenance, and Quality Assurance to ensure uninterrupted production.

Assist in production planning, manpower allocation, line balancing, and capacity utilization. Support new product trials, process improvements, and equipment commissioning.

Ensure compliance with production specifications, quality standards, and operating procedures.

Administrative Functions

Prepare and analyze production reports, efficiency reports, downtime analysis, and productivity metrics.

Maintain production records, process documentation, work instructions, and engineering data.

Monitor production KPIs and prepare recommendations for continuous improvement. Participate in production meetings and assist in implementing operational improvement projects.

Compliance Functions

Ensure compliance with Company policies, GMP, HACCP, Halal, Food Safety, and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) requirements.

Monitor adherence to standard operating procedures and engineering standards.

Assist during internal, customer, and regulatory audits and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
