o   Monitor the real-time performance of solar PV and BES systems through SCADA, remote monitoring platform, and onsite inspections.

o   Track energy generation, system availability, and performance ratios against benchmarks.

o   Identify underperforming components or systems and recommend corrective actions.

o   Maintain system documentation, logs, and reports for daily, weekly, and monthly performance.

o   Performs other related jobs/duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time

o   Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules for PV modules, inverters, transformers, switchgears, and other system components.

o   Respond promptly to faults, alarms, and breakdowns to minimize downtime.

o   Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.

o   Coordinate repair or replacement of damaged components with vendors or subcontractors.

o   Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance work, energy generation, and equipment downtime.

o   Generate and submit performance reports, incident reports, and maintenance logs to management and clients.

o   Be on-call for urgent troubleshooting and emergency situations (e.g., fire, flooding, electrical failure).

o   Lead a team of technicians during PMS activities.

o   Performs other related jobs/duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time.

o   Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering; Registered Electrical Engineer.

o   Minimum of 1 year of experience in the renewable energy industry, with a focus on solar energy operation and maintenance

o   Familiarity with PV/BESS/DG systems operation; actual experience is a plus

o   Technical expertise in solar energy and battery systems and technologies.

o   Familiarity with environmental and safety standards.

o   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

o   Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

o   Strong leadership, interpersonal, and influencing skills

o   Preferably residing near the project location: Mabini, Davao de Oro; or willing to be deployed.
