Building Maintenance In-Charge

Job Description
- Managing all building maintenance activities, such as organizing regular maintenance, resolving issues, overseeing repairs, and ensuring that all equipment and facilities function at optimal performance.
- Keeping documents of inspections and problems.
- Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm)
- Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in building systems like HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems is crucial.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to detect, diagnose, and resolve issues such as leaks, electrical faults, or heating/cooling system problems.
- Preventive Maintenance Knowledge: Understanding how to carry out regular inspections and maintenance tasks to avoid system failures and extend the lifespan of equipment.
