Job Description
1.Daily monitoring of the team’s activities, updating the Kanban, Site Forge and Internal Trackers.
2.Update all Project Schedules, collecting actual data, evaluating forecast dates
3.Build Planning with Regional Roll-out teams
4.Assessment on the do-ability of the sites & ensure enablement & completion based on the agreed timeline
5.Provide Regular internal & external report & ensure accurate data
6.Lead Coordination meetings with internal & external domains
Knowledgeable in Excel, GoogleSheet, Spreadsheet Formulas
English Language
Experience Required:
