1. Directly reporting to Project Supervisor.
2. Accountable in checking proper handling of units/equipments.
3. Supervising the everyday task of site mechanic and properly filing all required reports.
4. Formulate site mechanics schedule and work closely with outside contractors.
5. Must maintain records of the work history of each unit.
6. Maintain accurate inventory of records and perform or manage periodic cycle counts and physical inventories. Provide management with required reports.
7. Execute and practice GMP programs on Motorpool area.
8. Responsible in purchase request, posting, monitoring, follow-up to purchasing and provide ageing report on requested supplies, tools and equipment.
9. Constantly communicates with Central Warehouse for summary of deliveries.
10. Assist in the implementation and inventory of equipment, tools, spare parts management.
11. Establish and execute maintenance program and goals based on improved maintenance standards.
12. Conducts machine downtime analysis and identifies opportunities for making reliability Improvements to eliminate or reduce downtime.
13. Provide better planning in maintenance team mobilization.

14. Check and evaluate reports submitted by site maintenance and service team

15. Evaluate spare parts/supplies request before preparing purchase request.

16. Regulary coordinates and conducts actual inspection of forklift units.

17. Do other task as assigned.
