- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via online chat, email, and social media.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in customer service or related field
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional manner
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, and problem-solving abilities
- Working Conditions: Comfortable working in a remote online environment
