Description
- Assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transport.
- Maintain and manage travel schedules, ensuring all bookings are accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends and travel advisories to offer relevant recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to secure best rates and services for clientele.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 5-7 years of experience in travel coordination or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in travel booking software and GDS systems.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing demands.
