Description
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets in response to customer needs.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall service quality.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Experience Level:0–2 years of experience in customer service preferred.
- Skills and Competencies:Strong verbal communication skills and an ability to listen actively.
- Qualities and Traits:Friendly demeanor, patience, and a problem-solving attitude.
- Working Conditions:Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
