Key Responsibilities

Voice / Customer Support Roles

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account concerns.
• Resolve customer issues while maintaining excellent service standards.
• Document customer interactions and updates in company systems.

Non-Voice / Chat Support Roles

• Assist customers through chat, email, and ticketing platforms.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Maintain service-level agreements and response time targets.
• Ensure accurate documentation and case management.

Back Office / Administrative Roles

• Perform data entry, record maintenance, and report generation.
• Process transactions and administrative requests accurately.
• Support internal teams with documentation and operational tasks.
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate (depending on account requirements).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
• Willing to undergo training and coaching.
• Open to fresh graduates and applicants with or without BPO experience (depending on account availability).

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Salary Packages: PHP 15,000 – PHP 40,000+ per month (depending on role, experience, account, and employer requirements)
