● Coordinating and administering therapeutic IV treatments and infusions

● Developing care plans for the consistent clients

● Educating patients and caregivers

● Managing complications with infusion therapies

● Monitoring patient responses to treatment

● Performing patient assessments

● Reviewing lab reports and drug information

● Create and maintain positive customer relations for home infusion and other in-home services programs

● Provide direct nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy for patients in the home, or alternate living site (transpo service is provided)

● Perform any ad hoc tasks as required by the company

● Strong venous access skills must be able to access peripheral veins

● Previous home infusion experience is strongly preferred

● Nursing Degree, BSN preferred

● 2-5 Years of relevant working experience

● Preferred work of 3 years providing patient care in an ambulatory health care environment

● Must possess strong patient care skills participative and team-building management skills

● Hardworking and persevering

● Resourcefulness

● Has basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications

● Sharp time management skills
