Description

  • Assist with daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and assist clients with inquiries.
  • Support administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing student records.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  • Assist in coordinating events or review sessions as needed.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent (college level is a plus).
  • Previous office or administrative experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Able to work efficiently in a team and independently.
