MS OfficeScheduling

Description

  • Managing phone calls and emails.
  • Assist in daily office operations, such as filing, data entry, and document organization.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Support team members with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
  • Assist with record-keeping and documentation management.
  • Encode documents via Microsoft Excel & Word.

Requirement

Provide efficient and effective support for office/clerical works and contribute to developing and implementing improved systems and processes


  • Graduate of business or any related course
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Preferably with at least 1 year experience
  • Good work ethic, strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and organize 
  • Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan Metro Manila
