Description :

  • Support recruitment processes, coordinate interviews and contribute to candidate selection for FRS Contracting Services OPC, a dynamic Recruitment Firm.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and conduct orientation sessions.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
  • Help in addressing employee relations issues and organizing staff training and development initiatives.
  • Contribute to the continual enhancement of HR practices within the organization.

Requirements :

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience Level: Entry-level with less than 1 year of experience; internships in HR a plus
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong in employee relations, training and development; excellent written communication; proficiency with HRIS and MS Office
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, manage employee records, support in resolving employee issues, and help with the implementation of HR policies and programs
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, 40-hour workweek, may require occasional overtime
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, confidential, empathetic, proactive, and with strong interpersonal skills
