Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office activities to ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day operations.
  • Provide support to team members and department heads in terms of resources, communication, organizational needs.
  • Act as the first point of contact for executives, stakeholders and clients through handling of phone calls, emails, general inquiries and management of daily schedule.
  • Manage meeting and travel schedules including organizing business trips and events.
  • Maintain and manage office records, both physical and electronic, and ensure compliance with the legal or company policies and protocols.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement of supplies, office equipment and maintenance as including budget preparation and tracking of office expenses.
  • Any related Administrative and Generalist tasks

Requirement

  • Proven experience in administrative or office management roles, with a preference for candidates who have held supervisory or managerial positions.
  • Proficient in office technologies and software, including the Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, project management applications, and multimedia platforms.
  • Office Manager / Office Secretary / Admin Generalist
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Preferably with 5-10 years BPO
  • Fluent in English
