  • Oversee daily operations, provide support to staff, and ensure exceptional service delivery to clients.
  • Manage client relationships, gather feedback, and advise on strategic improvements.
  • Assist in HR functions, hiring, and training within the consultancy and management services sector.
  • Compile and analyze data to present at managerial meetings.
  • Support the Manager with business development activities and project management.
  • Act as a representative of Prime Meridian HR Consultancy Inc. in various forums.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Experience Level: Candidates must have 1-3 years of relevant management experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent leadership abilities, strong communication skills, adept in problem-solving, proficient in project management, and a good understanding of business operations.
