Responsibilities:
- Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Perform material quantity takeoffs based on approved plans and specifications.
- Measure quantities such as glass, aluminum, steel, panels, accessories, and other project materials.
- Prepare detailed Quantity Takeoff / Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Identify discrepancies, missing details, and changes in drawings.
- Coordinate with the Estimator regarding quantity clarifications.
- Provide accurate quantity data as basis for costing and quotation.
- Update takeoff quantities when there are revised plans or addenda.
- Maintain organized takeoff files, markups, and supporting documents.
