- Assist in project planning and scheduling.
- Design and implement engineering projects, lead teams, ensure quality standards, and improve processes.
- Prepare and review engineering documents and reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project status.
- Support budget management and cost estimation.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD, software testing, quality management, and systems design. Strong leadership and operations management skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong analytical skills, and effective communicator.
