3. Material Purchase Requisition- Purchase Requisition on Eric

4. Fixed Asset/ PRF/ URF- Equipment Request

5. Project Daily Report- Compile soft & hardcopy

6. Progress Billing- Completing attachment

7. Variation Order- Notice of Variation and Preparation of cost proposal

8. Request for Approval- Approval of Shop Drawing, supplier etc.

9. Weather Chart- Updating daily weather chart

10. Concrete & Rebar Monitoring- Updating budget & controlled vs actual delivered

11. Materials Controlled Qty- Monitoring of other materials

14. Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, with PRC license is an advantage
• At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative support in construction project site
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Excellent in oral and written communication
• Detailed and result oriented
