JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Timely receiving of bulk fuel product that satisfies customer needs at the right quality, right time and quantity at optimum cost.
  • Conduct daily bulk receiving report planning.
  • Conducts equipment maintenance program at SLHBTC i.e, transfer pumps genset and etc.
  • Reviews daily the tank ullages and vessel daily receiving operations.
  • Conducts SAP posting and Month-end Inventory Reconciliation for SLHBTC (Bulk Section)
  • Review and approve the CIC, 4-point Analysis, Maritime Observations etc.
  • Implement project piece work at SLHBTC for improvements.
  • Coordinates with DIstribution group on matter of crossbay schedule and status.
  • Works closely with SL Laboratory and PRTC for Product quality requirements.
  • Implements incorporation of off spec (fuel) product quality PRTC LTC recommended doping.
  • Monitor specific assignment of SLHBTC opetions activities.
  • Conduct and maintain good housekeeping standards at SLHBTC work area.
  • Provides initial incident reports inside the terminal.
  • Maintenance of Oil Water Separator.
  • Other activities assigned by Terminal Operations Head.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS Engineering Graduate.
  • At least two (2) years experience on Depot/Terminal
  • Computer Literate
  • Be able to understand and document Quality/Intergrated Management System Standards.
