Weekdays: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM AEST

Weekends: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM AEST

Salary: ₱80,000 – ₱90,000

Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Asset Support Engineers to join our operations team. The ideal candidates will provide technical support, fault monitoring, and issue resolution for renewable energy assets, particularly in solar generation systems and integration. This role requires strong control center experience and the ability to triage and resolve asset-related issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze performance of solar generation assets and related integration systems
• Perform triage and fault resolution in control center operations.
• Detect, investigate, and resolve asset faults or performance issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement corrective actions.
• Ensure timely reporting and documentation of incidents, resolutions, and performance metrics.
• Maintain and improve operational reliability and uptime of assets.
• Assist in optimizing monitoring tools, dashboards, and automated alerts.
• Participate in weekend and after-hours operations as per the schedule.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in asset monitoring, fault detection, or control center operations.
• Hands-on experience with solar generation systems and integrations.
• Familiarity with triage processes, fault monitoring, and resolution workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with renewable energy operations or SCADA systems.
• Knowledge of energy asset monitoring platforms and dashboards.
• Ability to work in rotational schedules, including weekends
