Responsibilities

• Provides support to the day-to-day site operations, especially on the clerical and administrative side of the construction operations.
• Writes, maintain, and handles all construction documents such as RFI and RFAs, accomplishment reports, minutes of the meeting, correspondence, and other documents relevant to the construction
• Coordinate with site and project engineers regarding their accomplishments, concerns, and other work-related queries.
• Performs assigned tasks or delegated duties from the Site Operations Manager.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• License are not required, but an advantage
• Preferably with at least one (2) years of experience relevant to civil engineering with minor exposure in the field of construction and office.
• Must be exceptional in communication in both writing and verbal skills
• Excellent analytical and computer skills.
• Responsible and committed.
