- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Manage schedules, communications, and documentation.
- Assist with project coordination and reporting.
- Handle incoming calls and emails professionally.
- Maintain filing systems and organized records.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in administrative support roles or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Help Desk support, written communication, strong organizational and analytical skills, and effective time management.
