Description

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficiency.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, exceptional communication skills, and strong organizational abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and prepare reports.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with potential overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling confidential information.
