San Pablo Colleges Medical Center is currently seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our growing Rehabilitation Services team. The successful candidate will provide quality occupational therapy services and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to promote patient recovery and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy (BSOT)
• Licensed Occupational Therapist (must have passed the Philippine Occupational Therapy Licensure Examination)
• With at least 6 months to 1 year of relevant clinical experience (hospital or rehabilitation setting preferred)
• Physically and mentally fit to perform various occupational therapy assessments and treatment procedures
• Able to establish and maintain positive working relationships with patients, families, and members of the rehabilitation team
• Demonstrates strong communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills
• Committed to ethical practice and continuous professional development

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ functional abilities and independence
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and other rehabilitation professionals
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals, home programs, and adaptive techniques
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and professional guidelines
