Description

• Conduct assessments to determine clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve clients' physical, emotional, and social well-being.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Educate clients and their families about strategies to cope with and manage conditions.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Experience Level: At least 6 months experience in clinical setting
• Skills and Competencies: Licensed OT, Physical Therapy, Clinical assessment, Rehabilitation techniques, Pediatric therapy
• Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, Empathy and compassion, Ability to work in a team
• Working Conditions: Clinic-based settings, occasional home visits
