Description

  • We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team.

    • Assess the needs and abilities of Children with various physical, developmental, and emotional challenges
    • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment and goals
    • Implement therapeutic interventions to create a supportive therapeutic environment
    • Educate parents and caregivers on how to support their child's development at home
    • Monitor and documents the progress of each child and adjust treatment plans as necessary
    • Use a variety of therapeutic techniques and tools to engage children in therapy
    • Provide guidance and support to families navigating the Healthcare system

    Requirement

    • Successful completion of the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam
    • Completion of an accredited occupational therapy program
    • Good moral character, supported by professional references and clearances
    • Physically and mentally fit to perform occupational therapist duties
    • Possess the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitude to deliver high-quality therapy services
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Empathy and compassion for patients
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
