Key Responsibilities:

Product & Nutrition Review

• Review product claims, advertisements, scripts, captions, brochures, product listings, and customer service responses for nutrition accuracy and responsible health communication
• Help create approved claims, prohibited claims, disclaimers, and safer alternative wording for marketing and sales materials
• Ensure educational and promotional materials align with responsible wellness communication practices

Product Development & Research

• Support product development and expansion by recommending product ideas, variants, bundles, ingredients, and positioning
• Conduct ingredient research and provide nutrition-based recommendations for current and future products
• Assist in developing product usage guides, serving recommendations, and educational references

Training & Education

• Train sales teams, live sellers, chat support, and customer service teams on proper product explanation and safe customer communication
• Create or review product FAQs, customer response templates, sales scripts, and live selling guides
• Support educational campaigns including myth-busting content, wellness tips, product explainers, and “Ask an RND” initiatives
• Assist in preparing educational materials for product launches and new campaigns

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Registered Nutritionist-Dietitian (RND)
• Experience in supplements, wellness, functional food, consumer health, or nutrition education is preferred
• Experience in product development, ingredient research, or product planning is an advantage
• Strong understanding of responsible nutrition and health communication
• Able to simplify nutrition concepts into consumer-friendly language
• Comfortable collaborating with marketing, sales, customer support, and product development teams
• Able to work independently and build processes with minimal existing structure
• Familiarity with FDA-related supplement claims and compliance is a plus
