Job description:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Network Operations, IT Support, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, if required.
• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability.
• Respond to network alarms, incidents, and service disruptions.
• Perform network troubleshooting and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and operational activities.
• Coordinate with field engineers, vendors, and technical teams for issue resolution.
• Assist in maintaining network reliability and operational efficiency.
