Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in software, website, or application monitoring in a NOC, BPO, or similar environment
• Proficient in monitoring tools and ticketing systems
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to quickly identify issues
• Excellent English communication skills for interacting with international clients
• Willingness to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
• Work Schedule: Shifting schedules with two rest days per week

Responsibilities:

• Monitor websites, applications, and systems using software-based tools
• Detect, assess, and respond to incidents, alerts, or performance issues
• Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate cases when necessary
• Log and update incidents through ticketing systems
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Follow maintenance schedules and assist in system updates
• Support global clients while adhering to international standards
