About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our enterprise infrastructure team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex network environments, delivering end-to-end infrastructure projects, and supporting critical WAN/LAN and security operations across multinational environments.

This role requires a highly analytical professional with strong technical expertise, project delivery experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Network Infrastructure Management

• Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure solutions
• Manage end-to-end deployment of network projects and application migrations
• Install, configure, and maintain:
• Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM)
• Routers and switches
• Enterprise WAN/LAN infrastructure
• Ensure network stability, scalability, and high availability
• Support infrastructure modernization and optimization initiatives

Automation & Scripting

• Implement automation solutions for network operations and deployments
• Develop and maintain basic scripting for operational efficiency and repetitive tasks
• Contribute to process improvements and infrastructure standardization

Incident & Change Management

• Handle high-critical incident calls involving WAN, LAN, and security infrastructure
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and service restoration activities
• Prepare incident reports and recommend preventive measures
• Participate in change management planning and implementation
• Drive continuous service improvement initiatives

Technical Expertise

• Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical issues
• Produce technical documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures
• Use tools such as:
• Microsoft Project
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Microsoft Visio
• Support infrastructure audits and vulnerability remediation activities

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with multinational and cross-functional teams
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to provide technical guidance and advisory support
• Coordinate with vendors, operations teams, and project managers during deployments and escalations
• Demonstrate the ability to influence stakeholders both vertically and laterally across the organization

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and Group Code of Conduct
• Support audit activities and security compliance requirements
• Identify infrastructure risks and recommend mitigation strategies
• Navigate and manage work effectively within complex enterprise environments

Qualifications

• Proven experience in enterprise network engineering and infrastructure suppor
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• WAN/LAN technologies
• DNS, DHCP, and IPAM solutions
• Routing and switching
• Enterprise security infrastructure
• Experience handling critical incidents and large-scale infrastructure changes
• Knowledge of network automation and scripting concepts
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience working with multinational or global teams preferred
