We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking NOC Engineer to join our Network Operations Center and support our growing portfolio of clients. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring network and service performance, responding to alerts and incidents, performing routine service checks, and providing technical support and coordination to ensure reliable and high-quality service for our customers.

The role is day shift and will primarily support clients and stakeholders. Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English are essential, as you will regularly coordinate with Mandarin-speaking customers and internal technical teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor network, systems, and services to ensure availability and performance.
• Respond to alerts, incidents, and service issues in a timely manner.
• Provide technical support and coordinate incident resolution with clients.
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers regarding service issues, incidents, and technical concerns.
• Perform routine service and health checks and escalate issues when necessary.
• Manage and update incidents, requests, and service tickets using the appropriate ticketing system.
• Work closely with internal Network, IT, Engineering, and Operations teams to investigate and resolve technical issues.
• Help maintain service-level commitments, including Service Availability, MTTR, and MTBF.
• Participate in cross-team troubleshooting, solutions delivery, and service integration activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, troubleshooting activities, and resolutions.

Qualification:

• At least 2 years of experience in a Network Operations Center, SRE, Network Operations, Technical Support, or a similar technical role.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, particularly when dealing with technical concerns.
• Experience with network or service monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, AppMan, OpsMan, ELK, Prometheus, or similar platforms.
• Experience using ticketing or IT service management tools such as ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• Working knowledge of routers, LAN switches, firewalls, and servers.
• Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux server administration.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with both technical teams and customers.
