We are looking for an experienced Operations Engineer – Network Engineering to support and

maintain enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in

network operations, troubleshooting, and performance optimization, with hands-on experience in F5 Load Balancers, DDI, and Cisco ACI. This role involves ensuring the stability, reliability, and availability of production network services while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor, support, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure to ensure high availability

and optimal performance.

•Troubleshoot and resolve complex network incidents and operational issues.

•Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for network engineering and operations.

•Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to team members.

•Collaborate with multiple teams to implement network solutions and resolve critical issues.

•Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance network reliability and operational

efficiency.

•Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational

documentation.

•Utilize network monitoring and diagnostic tools to proactively identify and resolve issues.

•Ensure compliance with operational standards, security policies, and service level

agreements (SLAs).

Required Skills

•5+ years of relevant Network Engineering experience (3 years may be considered for

candidates with strong hands-on expertise).

Expert knowledge of:

Strong hands-on experience with:

◦DDI (DNS, DHCP, IP Address Management)

•Experience using network monitoring and diagnostic tools.

•Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

•Experience supporting enterprise production network environments.

•Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring junior engineers.

•Familiarity with ITIL processes and operational support environments.
