Job Title: Operations Engineer (Network Engineering)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Engineer to support the stability, performance, and availability of enterprise network infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring production systems, resolving operational issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable network services. You will also lead operational initiatives, drive continuous improvements, and help maintain compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the availability, performance, and reliability of enterprise network infrastructure.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network and production issues.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for network operations and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Lead and support team activities, ensuring operational objectives and SLAs are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network improvements and resolve critical incidents.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance network performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Develop, maintain, and improve operational procedures and technical documentation.
• Utilize network monitoring and diagnostic tools to proactively identify and address potential issues.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities.
• Support infrastructure upgrades, maintenance activities, and project implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Network Engineering.
• Strong expertise in Network Engineering.
• Solid knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and enterprise networking concepts.
• Experience troubleshooting complex network issues and optimizing network performance.
• Familiarity with network security principles and best practices.
• Experience using network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and collaborate with multiple teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with F5 Load Balancers.
• Experience with DDI (DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management) solutions.
• Experience with Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI).
• Experience supporting enterprise network environments and production operations.
