Job Summary

The Engineer executes standardized procedures and delivers outcomes based on clear processes and policies. Possesses broad foundational technical knowledge within assigned functional areas and strong cross-functional support capabilities. Proactively identifies issues and escalates them for resolution in a timely manner. 

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure and network platforms
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Track capacity and ensure optimal resource utilization
• Support procurement and system improvements
• Develop basic scripts for process automation

Security & Compliance

• Monitor systems for security threats and incidents
• Assist in threat mitigation and incident resolution
• Maintain incident records and support root cause analysis
• Perform regular security checks and risk assessments
• Support BCP drills and ensure compliance with policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of IT networking experience
• CCNA/CCNP certification preferred
