Key Qualifications:

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Experience as a Site Reliability Engineer
• Hands-on experience with web and mobile applications
• Strong understanding of Azure foundational components or Google Cloud Platform
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Confluent, Akamai, or Adobe services

Observability & Monitoring

• Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana or AppDynamics

Process Improvements

• Background in process automation or improvement initiatives
• Experience with programming languages like Python or Java

Core Skills

• Ability to manage shifting priorities with flexibility
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent troubleshooting and performance tuning capabilities
